Picks up a2ml-validate-action@6c471745e88a which recognises colon/brace-block identity (`name:`, `id:`) and AI.a2ml manifests — clears the false 'Validate A2ML manifests' failures in this repo.

Bumps the pinned a2ml-validate-action to pick up the dialect-recognition fix (a2ml-validate-action#41). Clears false 'Validate A2ML manifests' failures.
